Peptide Pen devices are intended for research purposes only and are not for human consumption. All products sold are for laboratory research use by qualified professionals. Customers must be 21 years of age or older to purchase. We make no claims about the safety or efficacy of peptides for any purpose.
We ship from our UAE facility with tracked delivery available. Shipping times vary by destination: UAE (1-2 business days), GCC countries (3-5 business days), International (7-14 business days). All shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items. Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping costs. Defective devices are covered under our warranty policy and will be replaced at no cost.
Peptide Pen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question. Proper handling and storage of peptides is the customer's responsibility.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
